Doug has been licensed in the state of Utah for 12 years.
He received his bachelors in English in 2006 from the University of Utah. He went on to one of the top 25 law schools in the country, the University of Alabama.
He graduated in the top 10% of his class, and received his Juris Doctorate in 2010.
While in law school, Doug worked at a domestic violence clinic in Alabama. Upon moving back to Utah and graduating, Doug practiced civil litigation for 2 years, and realized his passion was family law. He moved to the family law field, and has been solely practicing that since 2012.
Richard A. Dowse

Richard graduated Cum Laude from Creighton University School of Law and Magna Cum Laude from Westminster College and has been practicing in the field of family law his entire legal career. Richard’s education and experience have equipped him with the skills necessary to provide his clients with the best possible representation.
Richard is dedicated to helping his clients navigate the complexities of family law, including divorce, child custody, and property division and is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients while minimizing stress and conflict.
As an experienced family law attorney, Richard understands that divorce is more than just a legal process. Divorce can be one of the most emotionally difficult times that individuals and families will experience during their lifetime and he works tirelessly to help ease that burden. Having been through a divorce himself, Richard knows firsthand the challenges that come with this process and the importance of having a knowledgeable and compassionate attorney by your side.
